Current promotions in REALS GROUP personnel are as follows:

• Ms Yewande Oresanya has been promoted to the position of Deputy General Manager (Group Regulatory Affairs and Research)
• Olusegun Ogunwole has been promoted to Principal Internal Auditor (formerly Internal Auditor)
• Mrs Funmi Ojiwusi to Senior Accountant
• Mrs Adenike Odujoko  and Olufemi Makinde to Senior Sales Representatives
• Mrs Adenike Odueke promoted to Business Manager Criticare Unit
• Mrs Funke Tolufase promoted to Products Development Manager from Senior Medical Representative
• Mrs Adenike Odujoke was promoited to Senior Sales Representative
• Mr. Olufemi Makinde was also promoted to Senior Sales Representative.

Also, some reshufflement took place as follows:

• Executive Director (Operations), Mr. Kunle Adesoye will move to sales and Marketing department as Sales and Marketing Director 
• Executive Director (Sales and Marketing) Mr. Jide Sanwoolu will oversee the Operations and Production activities as Executive Director Operations
• Assistant General Manager (Operations), Mr. Tunde Alli will move to oversee the Sales and Marketing of Reals Pharmaceutical Products as AGM (RPL)
• Mr. Sola Agboola will move from Sales and Marketing to become Operations Manager.
