Reals Pharmaceuticals Ltd is the marketing arm of the Group for AstraZeneca products range.
 It's main focus as the representative in Nigeria, is the marketing of AstraZeneca range of products.
A very important branch of Reals Pharmaceuticals is REALS Regulatory Affairs division. This consists of a team of Pharmacists responsible for seeing to the regulatory aspects of all our drugs, liaising with NAFDAC (National Agency For Food Drug, Administration and Control). Reals Pharmaceuticals has successfully promoted the AstraZeneca products, in Nigeria.
 AstraZeneca Products, represented in Nigeria by Reals Pharmaceuticals Ltd include;
Anaesthetics agents (Fluothane, Diprivan), Cardiovascular drugs used in the treatment of hypertension and other heart diseases (Zestril, Zestoretic, Tenorim, Tonorectic, Tenoret 50, Plendil),
Antiseptics
(Hibitane, Hibicet, Hibiscrub),
Anticancer products (Nolvadex, Zoladex, Casodex, Arimidex),
Anti-infectives which are very popular; Fulcin, Paludrine,
Anti-asthmatic products (Accolate, Pulmicort, Symbicort),
Anti-Ulcer drugs (Losec, Nexium).

Recently Added to the Reals Pharmaceuticals Ltd are the Hormonal and Non Hormonal Contraceptives products from Organon, Oss the Netherlends.
